These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Toler's Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at tolerscleaningservices.com, subscription plans, and all cleaning services we perform. By subscribing to our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
Toler's Cleaning Services provides professional pressure washing and lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in Princeton, NC and surrounding areas in Johnston County.
When you subscribe to our service plan or request a one-time service, you are entering into a service agreement with us. We agree to provide the services described in your selected plan, and you agree to the payment and scheduling terms outlined below.
All services are subject to availability and our standard operating procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if a property presents safety hazards, access issues, or other conditions that prevent safe completion of the work.
2. Subscription Terms
Our standard subscription plan is priced at $100 per month and includes:
- One (1) pressure washing visit per month
- One (1) lawn mowing and maintenance visit per month
- 20% discount on all add-on services (driveway deep cleans, roof soft washes, gutter cleaning, hedge trimming, mulch bed refreshing, and more)
Subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month unless you cancel.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us by phone at (919) 915-3496 or through our website. Cancellation terms:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive services through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
- If you cancel and wish to resubscribe later, you may do so at the then-current subscription rate.
4. Service Delivery
Scheduling
We will coordinate service dates with you based on mutual availability. For subscription services, we aim to schedule visits at consistent intervals each month. Exact dates may vary based on scheduling capacity and weather conditions.
Weather Delays
Pressure washing and lawn care services are weather-dependent. If inclement weather (rain, severe storms, freezing temperatures) prevents us from completing a scheduled service, we will reschedule at the next available date at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible if a weather delay occurs.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a service visit, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the visit being counted as completed for that billing period.
Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable access to the areas of your property that require service. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles from driveways, and securing pets during service visits. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may count as completed for that billing period.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Subscription payments are charged automatically on your billing date each month.
- One-time service payments are due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as agreed.
- Add-on services for subscribers are billed separately and charged upon completion.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we may suspend your service until the balance is resolved.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Toler's Cleaning Services does not store your full credit card number — all card data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
Toler's Cleaning Services takes every precaution to perform our work carefully and professionally. However:
- We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already deteriorated, improperly installed, loose, or structurally compromised. Pressure washing can reveal pre-existing damage such as peeling paint, cracked concrete, or rotting wood.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost revenue, or property damage beyond the scope of our direct service.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by weather events, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control.
If you believe our work has caused damage to your property, please contact us within 48 hours of the service visit so we can inspect and address the issue.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or by prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription as described in Section 3.
